Responsible for the strategic development of the Graphics department; including the management and mentorship of 10-13 internal employees in addition to 3 freelancers. Designed and coordinated development of tools and experiences for internal and external use such as a project portal and master business development slide library. Manages corporate MarketVision brand and materials, as well as advances the reporting deliverables for clients; implementing the clients’ or MarketVision’s brand to bring insights to life. Design responsibilities include: infographic design and development, icon design, research report formatting, and internal and external branded communications.
